New Orleans varies greatly in age, culture and topography.  From Venetian Isles to the Garden District; from Metairie to the North Shore, uniquely historical homes dot our landscape - homes you can't see anywhere else.

Of course, appraising these homes takes detailed knowledge and understanding of the greater New Orleans marketing area.  Personally, I have lived and worked in New Orleans for more than ten years and performed single family appraisals, condominium appraisals, and multifamily appraisals in virtually every area of the City. But the special interest in appraising historic housing, because it is such a magical part of the New Orleans landscape, has never ceased to be a particular penchant of mine.
